» Create a spreadsheet of changes you want to make to information like price or description, and import it into Everest. Instead of skipping item codes that already exist, use the import to update the information on existing items.

» Sales invoice, credit memos, purchase receipts and debit memos can be imported with line item detail.

Title field has been added to customer and vendor profiles
» A field is now available in the customer and vendor profiles for you to identify what position business contacts hold in their company, or designate them as Mr., Miss or Mrs.
   
Ability to preserve address information on previous documents
» Once an account has been used on a document, its address information will be disabled.
» Before modifying an address, the user will have to select if they want the address information on previous documents to be kept OR if they want it to be updated with the new details.
» The retention of address information on old documents can be useful when investigating credit card fraud.
   
Order processing
Prompt users to apply job codes to documents or do it automatically
» Users can be prompted with a list of available job codes for an account, or a job code can be applied to all documents for a particular customer.
» Users will be notified if they select an expired or incorrect job code.
» Helps prevent users from accidentally forgetting to add a job code to line items in documents.
