Edwin earned a BS degree in management and linguistics from Liberty University and an MBA from the George Washington University. |
Ali Jani

Ali is a co-founder of Everest Software and is responsible for the roadmap and design of all Everest Software's products. With more than 15 years experience in software engineering and development, Ali has successfully developed, marketed and installed several commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions. Prior to Everest Software, Ali was one of the co-founders of Accel Inc., playing an instrumental role in the |

rapid growth and sale of the $35 million company. In addition to his role at Everest Software, Ali pioneered the development of digital video interactive (DVI) based applications built on Intel's DVI program.
Ali graduated from Virginia Tech with two Bachelors degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.
Shabbir Hussain
Vice President, Research & Development

Shabbir is responsible for the engineering function of the Everest Software product line and manages R&D teams in U.S. and India. He has over 25 years experience of successfully managing software development and systems integration projects as well as managing collaborative offshore development. | Computer Services where he was running the systems division of the company.
Shabbir earned a Masters of Software Engineering from Brandeis University and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Karachi. |
Brock Epperly

Brock is responsible for leading our marketing communications, product marketing and new business development functions. He has over 15 years of experience in managing marketing and sales operations. Previously, Brock was the founder of Salem Electric Supply, an electrical supply distributor. Prior to Salem Electric Supply, Brock was Director of North American Development for Fransmart as well as Sr. Director of |

Paul Gallagher

Paul is responsible for overseeing all M&A and partnering activities for Everest. Paul brings over 14 years of M&A, technology, sales, customer service, and operational experience in the small to medium business space to the Everest Software team. Before joining Everest, Paul served as Vice President of Customer Advocacy for PCCW Global, Director of Professional Services at Sigaba, and Director of Global Network

Engineering at PSINet where he also had gained extensive international M&A experience.
Additionally, Paul started and ran his own business manufacturing consumer products and marketing in several retail verticals. Paul Holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. |
Dawn Andre

Dawn brings over 17 years of extensive software and retail industry experience to the company. She is responsible for Pre-sales, Professional Services and Customer Support.
Prior to joining Everest, Dawn was GM of global client services and of Americas services at Agentrics, LLC. Previously, Dawn served as VP of |
strategic solutions and alliances for Manugistics Corporation where her six-year tenure included experience in retail industry solution marketing, consulting, training, building channel and alliance programs. She began her career at Procter and Gamble as a field product supply manager, gaining valuable retail operations and systems experience.
Dawn holds a BS in Supply Chain and Information Systems from Penn State University and was the 2005 recipient of the Smeal College of Business’ “Supply Chain and Information Systems Professional of the Year Award.”
