Edwin Miller
President and Chief Executive Officer
Edwin brings to Everest extensive executive-level experience operating and building technology companies. Previously, Edwin served as President and CEO of Infodata Systems. Prior to joining Infodata, Edwin served as president and CEO of Ikimbo as well as president and COO of XML Solutions after beginning his career in sales and marketing at PSINet. Mr. Miller is a frequent speaker on technology and management topics and he was recognized as a “Top 12 CEO to Watch” by the Washington Business Journal in 2003.
Edwin earned a BS degree in management and linguistics from Liberty University and an MBA from the George Washington University.
Ali Jani
Vice President, Customer Operations
Ali is a co-founder of Everest Software and is responsible for the roadmap and design of all Everest Software's products. With more than 15 years experience in software engineering and development, Ali has successfully developed, marketed and installed several commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) solutions. Prior to Everest Software, Ali was one of the co-founders of Accel Inc., playing an instrumental role in the rapid growth and sale of the $35 million company. In addition to his role at Everest Software, Ali pioneered the development of digital video interactive (DVI) based applications built on Intel's DVI program.
Ali graduated from Virginia Tech with two Bachelors degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.
Paul Gallagher
Vice President, Marketing and Corporate Development
Paul is responsible for overseeing all M&A and partnering activities for Everest. Paul brings over 14 years of M&A, technology, sales, customer service, and operational experience in the small to medium business space to the Everest Software team. Before joining Everest, Paul served as Vice President of Customer Advocacy for PCCW Global, Director of Professional Services at Sigaba, and Director of Global Network Engineering at PSINet where he also had gained extensive international M&A experience.
Additionally, Paul started and ran his own business manufacturing consumer products and marketing in several retail verticals. Paul Holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Shivon Dosky
Director of Sales
Shivon is an Everest veteran, having been with the company prior to his current engagement, when he developed an infrastructure to provide effective customer services and software customization. He also oversaw critical hardware upgrades in the U.S. and India sites. His sales experience is extensive; earlier in his career he was a partner and VP of Sales & Operations for Accel, managing the company's explosive growth from $800K to $32 million in just four years. He has also been a founder and partner in several companies providing either software or IT services. Just before re-joining Everest to oversee sales growth Shivon was Co-founder and VP of Sales and Marketing for CIBMM of Blacksburg, Virginia, a real estate venture.
Shivon has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where he has been on the Advisory Board of the College of Electrical & Computer Engineering since 2003.
Robert Johnson
Controller
Robert has over 17 years of accounting experience. Previously he was Assistant Treasurer with GeoEye, Inc., where he also served as Controller and in various other accounting management positions. Prior to that he was Assistant Controller with SER Solutions, Inc. an international software company; his software experience is invaluable to his role at Everest. Throughout his career Robert has been extensively involved in consolidating the financial operations of acquired companies and managing accounting operations. He is a CPA and holds a MBA and BBA from Marymount University.
