Job Description:
A Sr. Network Administrator is needed for a contract to full-time employment to support and troubleshoot complex hardware, software and performance problems for a Local Area Network, Desktop Systems, and Printers. The ideal candidate will be someone with a minimum of 5+ years of experience with the responsibility of overseeing the activities of the LAN operations ensuring availability, reliability, performance, security and recovery of all systems and networks. The individual may also be involved in supporting customer IT infrastructure and hosted environments.
Job Duties:
- Configure and maintain network infrastructure including servers, PCs, routers, firewalls, back-ups, etc.
- Monitor servers, PCs and network performance.
- Provide technical assistance and support on systems and support users.
- Maintain and configure Cisco firewalls, Cisco VPN connections, and Cisco routers and switches.
- Assist customers in provisioning of new hosted environments and delivery of contracted IT services.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Technology or related area or combination of education/technical training and applicable experience in network services/administration.
- Expert knowledge of all Internet protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, etc
- Expert knowledge of Cisco network configuration layer 2/3 network security, routing protocols, and fire-walling.
- Technically proficient with XP, Vista, Active Directory, SQL, and Exchange.
- Excellent working knowledge of Windows workstation operating system, Windows Server 2003 and Active Directory; working knowledge of backup systems and strategies
- Skilled in popular office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel.

Job Description:
We looking for a Web Analyst/Web Traffic Specialist to join our team to help our customers increase their ranking and visibility on the Web. Primary responsibilities include evaluating the customer’s web traffic and site statistics, the SEO techniques that both the customer and their competitors are using, and ultimately, how can our customer improve their site’s performance. The candidate must feel confident in his/her writing skills to take all of the information that is gathered and compile it into a comprehensive report with a list of actionable recommendations that the team and/or customer can implement and monitor on a monthly basis. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for monitoring customers paid keyword campaigns and providing the customer with recommendations on their paid search. It is mandatory that this candidate is comfortable working on multiple sites concurrently.

A Network Administrator, reporting to the Director of IT Services, is needed for a contract to full-time employment opportunity to support 60 end users as well as some client facing activities. The ideal candidate will be someone in the early stages of his or her IT career, looking to gain experience and build upon a solid technical foundation and proficiency. This person is eager to learn, and not afraid to take on new tasks and challenges.
The Network Administrator will monitor the network, provide user support on Windows XP and Server 2003, install, configure, troubleshoot, and support desktop hardware and software. Additionally he or she will provide technical support for help desk tickets, and systems administration support and maintenance. The Network Administrator may also be involved in supporting customers’ IT infrastructure and hosted environments.
