We believe that for a customer to be truly successful with our solution they must be more than just satisfied, they must receive the business value which was expected when Everest was chosen. That is why we employ an almost obsessive focus on our Customer Success Program. The program itself is simple.

  1. Annual Customer Health Check surveys are sent to customers and assess things such as product development,  account management and support.
  2. Each week, the Everest executive team gets a report of customers that have completed the survey for the week and determine next steps in response to the results.

Simple! Through this process we stay laser focused on what matters most for each individual customer.
